European Tourism Market Development Project
VIETNAM
Commercial development project for resorts and travel agencies, focused on connecting local tourism businesses with the European market. The project included commercial development, tourism product positioning, sales organization and the development of international business opportunities.
2012-2015
International Tourism & European Sales Project
THAILAND / INDONESIA / COSTA RICA
International tourism and hospitality development projects across Thailand, Indonesia and Costa Rica, focused on sales development, European markets, commercial partnerships and direct collaboration with hotels, resorts and international tourism operators. In Bali, the project also included MICE and international meetings development at the Bali International Convention Center, in collaboration with 7 Holiday travel agency.

Yoga Resort & Wellness Development Project
india / sri lanka
Development of a yoga and wellness project in Adimali, India, including a Yoga Shala entirely designed and developed by me, together with services for Indian gurus and international yoga groups. The project welcomed participants from Europe, North America and Latin America, combining authentic Indian yoga traditions with international wellness tourism.

I Also Develop Yoga Shala Projects
A covered yoga platform (Shala) is the heart of a resort’s wellness experience. If your resort does not have one, I can design and develop it from the ground up. If you already have a yoga platform (Shala), I can help improve or redesign it according to the needs of yoga teachers and groups.
A good yoga Shala should be quiet, naturally ventilated and protected from sun and rain, with the right orientation for morning light and airflow. The floor should be warm, comfortable and non-slip, ideally wood or bamboo, with enough space and a strong connection to the surrounding nature.
One of my Yoga Shala Project – Kerala, India | 2019
I designed and managed the construction of a nearly 70 m² yoga shala in Kerala, India, created for retreats and events with Swamis and Gurus. The client wanted a simple design, but because of the strong winds in the Kerala hills, we used a metal structure covered with bamboo. In locations without strong winds, the structure can be built entirely in bamboo or wood, adapting the design to the resort’s needs and available budget. The project took two months to complete and resulted in a spectacular setting, with the Shala overlooking the Kerala hills from a unique elevated position.
